We have facility to mold components from 1gm up to 1000gms of weight of any quantum, to keep pace with latest requirement of the industry and are capable to meet the mass production demand at short notice with consistent quality products. Components are molded in different thermoplastic materials like Acetyl (Delrin), Nylon 6, TPU, Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, and Polyethylene of different grades & engineering plastics. We always make sure that clients get an ideal volume model for the discussions and corrections of the mould, helping us to come as close as we can to perfection. The assembly of the parts into the finished mould is meticulously done more so with machines to avoid any discrepancies.
