C&A Tooling, INC. is a custom plastic injection molding and mold manufacturing company in business since 1994. We offer design, mold manufacturing for both prototype and production molds. Producing plastic parts, packaging (i.e spools for wicketing process’). Also assembly, hot stamping of parts; all done under one roof. Thus providing high quality, and on time delivery of orders to our customers.
Chrome plating of plastic parts is also available.
We can provide any volume of parts i.e. from small runs of several thousand parts to multiple million parts.
We serve a broad range of customer’s i.e. automotive, appliance, medical, food, packaging and many other general industries.
All our Arburg machines ranging from 40 – 200 ton, are equipped with Solistica controllers, and Yusin robotic arms.
Our tool room is also fully equipped with the latest technology, and skilled employees using in-house 3-D CNC milling machines, assisted with Mastercam. Solid works design software, EDM machines,
surface grinders, to produce highly quality, precision molds.
All our manufactured plastic parts meet, or exceed ISO 9001 2015 standards.
We use a combination of experience, knowledge and the latest design technology to produce plastic products that work.
